Kemal EROĞLUER has received his undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from Turkish Military Academy in 1995, his Master’s degree in Management and Organization from Dokuz Eylül University in 2004 and his PhD in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylül University in 2008. Associate Professor Dr. Kemal Eroğluer served in different units of the Turkish Armed Forces for many years. He served as a faculty member and department head at the National Defense University Military Academy between 2017-2024. His research areas are management and organization, organizational behavior, strategic management and he currently teaches at different universities. He has published many international and national articles, book sections and papers in his research field.
